Holiday Inspiration Styled Shoot

As a creative, one of the best things you can do is surround yourself with other creatives. When different artistic minds come together, it can lead to incredible collaborations and unexpected results. That's exactly what happened when some bad ass creative companies got together for a holiday styled shoot.

Jenny from At Your Door Events described the shoot as luxe and modern, with a totally unexpected color palette of pink. Instead of the traditional red and green, touches of pink and different types of metals played beautifully with faux furs, velvet, and sequins for a perfect holiday celebration.

One of the standout pieces of the shoot was a modern pink tree silhouette that gave some height and dimension to the tablescape. It was definitely a splurge, but it was worth it for the way it added to the overall aesthetic. At the center of the table, an acrylic tree table number embellished the table. Softer elements like white garden roses with pink anemones and mistletoe greenery on a silver pedestal bowl balanced the modern look.

The inspiration for the color selections and different textures came from the idea of a lustrous and timeless night out with your gal pals. It was meant to feel like a large scale, but also an intimate full-on glam party for ladies with a lot of style. The matching color art piece behind the table, the gleaming pink spheres that decorated the tree, and the festive but feminine cake all added to the glamorous atmosphere.

But the creativity didn't stop there. The duo from Face It Sugar drew inspiration from hair and makeup from the 60s, specifically Twiggy and Brigitte Bardot. Big hair and dramatic liner with a touch of glam was the perfect complement to the modern holiday look.

And then there were the accessories. Hunters Moon Jewelry brought in pieces with lots of different elements and mixed tones. From the dark black fabric tassel earrings to the cool tones in the silver necklaces and the gaudy large gold lion hoops, the jewelry added a unique touch to the shoot. Pulling inspiration from vintage glam fashion and the iconic Versace, each piece was handmade with love.

Overall, the shoot was a huge success. Everyone had a lot of fun and felt very inspired after working together. It was a great way to end out the decade and start anew. When creatives come together, anything is possible.
